Norman Hernandez is the owner of this 1960 Valiant. He got the car in the 2000, finding it virtually abandoned near his house, and in desperate need of some attention.

The very interesting thing about the Val is that this car was owned by another member of the Hernandez family three decades earlier. It was subsequently sold, no-one knows to whom or when, but after that the car literally disappeared.

Now Norman Hernandez is proud to have the Valiant again, because there's no one car like this in San Pedro Sula and maybe in Honduras.

The car now has a rebuilt motor, two tone paint treatment, a new stereo, a new interior, but there are problems with obtaining spares and replacement parts for the Val, (due mainly to the fact it's the only one around).

According to Norman "everybody who sees the car says that's is great because is different, it's a classic car here. These kind of Valiants look beautiful".
